Blazamut has 87 parent pairs. Not one of the first 12 opens before you could catch the thing.

87 pairs and what sits in them

Our breeding calculator solves every pair in the game and returns 87 for Blazamut. Breeding power sits at 410, and a child lands on the average of its two parents, so plenty of combinations average onto that number. Breeding power covers the arithmetic.

The self-pair works. It asks for a Blazamut you already own, which puts it outside the question of the first one.

87 is a wide field, and it pays off when you breed for passives or keep a spare parent in the box. For the first catch it buys nothing.

Splatterina at Lv52, Aegidron at Lv79

Of the first 12 pairs by ease, pair one is Splatterina with Aegidron. Splatterina spawns from Lv52 and Aegidron from Lv79. Blazamut itself spawns from Lv46, which leaves the parents 6 and 33 levels behind the child.

Pair two is Celesdir Noct with Roujay, at Lv79 and Lv74. Further back again.

Splatterina carries rarity 4 and sits lightest in that group. It still waits for Lv52. Aegidron at rarity 8 belongs to a band you reach long after Blazamut.

I did not line up all 87. The list runs easiest first, so nothing below the top can drop under Lv46. How breeding works has the steps for when you want a second Blazamut.

38 spawn points on both maps

Our spawn data records 38 points for Blazamut, from Lv46 up to Lv80, with 34 levels between floor and ceiling. They fall across the Palpagos Islands and the World Tree rather than one of the two.

Our Paldeck data does not flag Blazamut nocturnal and the spawns are not night-locked, so pick any hour. An alpha record exists, which gives you a fixed place to go back to (boss cluster routes covers that kind of circuit).

38 points reads thin for this band. The ground you cover around Lv46 already crosses most of it, so a detour is wasted. Catch level bands lists who else shares the band.

The ceiling at Lv80 matters: what you grab near the floor rolls far under what the same Pal rolls near the top. Re-catch higher, or take the alpha, before you hand it a base slot.

Mining 7 and Kindling 6

Blazamut carries Mining 7 and Kindling 6. Every other job sits blank.

Mining 7 fills an ore line at the top of what that job reaches, and Kindling 6 on the same Pal covers a furnace in the same base. Two jobs on one slot is the argument for keeping Blazamut indoors. Work suitability caps lists who reaches those numbers, and versatile base Pals lines up the rest of the double-job crowd.

Food costs 9 per meal. Size XL eats floor space on top of that. Mine stays in the base that runs ore and smelting, and nowhere else.

Attack 125 over HP 100

HP 100, Attack 125, Defense 120. Fire, 1 element, Paldeck No.137, rarity 9.

Attack 125 runs above HP 100, which points Blazamut at the attacking slot. Defense 120 lets it trade hits while it works. Element matchups covers what Fire takes badly.

Paldeck No.137 holds the variant Blazamut Ryu as well, and both of its routes close on you. Blazamut Ryu ends in a dead end, and variant Pals has the rest of the family. Same Paldeck number, different question.
