Palworld Global Popularity Poll 2026 results, and the next update now has a name

Pocketpair published the poll results.

What the announcement says

• The Global Popularity Poll 2026 results went up on Steam on October 20, 2026.
• Sekhmet won the Pal bracket. Solenne placed 2nd, Chillet 3rd.
• The same post named the next update, Palworld: Side by Side, and dated it Winter 2026.

The top three Pals

• 1st: Sekhmet (Paldex No. 140), rarity 5, Earth element
• 2nd: Solenne (Paldex No. 182), rarity 7, Dark and Normal
• 3rd: Chillet (Paldex No. 103), rarity 4, Ice and Dragon

The three sit in different parts of the game. Chillet spawns in the wild from Lv11, Sekhmet from Lv37, and Solenne will not show up below Lv76. That spans the run from an early catch to a Pal you meet near the end.

You get the same spread from breeding: Chillet has 165 parent pairs, Sekhmet 141, Solenne 63. Count routes and Chillet is the one you can put together soonest. For the top two, see our Sekhmet breeding routes and Solenne breeding routes.

Pocketpair points to the official results site for the full ranking and the per-language breakdown.

Palworld: Side by Side

The second half of the post names the next update and stops there. Palworld: Side by Side, Winter 2026, more info later. Pocketpair says nothing about new Pals or new regions, and nothing about what the title refers to.

The character bracket

Zoe took 1st, Auri 2nd, Saya 3rd. The announcement lists all three in English and gives no official Japanese spellings. When voting opened, Pocketpair put “some in-game human characters” on the ballot in parentheses and moved on. Pocketpair counted those votes too.

What the post leaves out

• The vote count. Pocketpair says more people voted than last year and gives no number.
• Every placing below the top 3, which sits on the results site instead.

Until Pocketpair says more about Side by Side, the results site holds everything new. For how the ballot looked when voting opened, see our earlier poll coverage.
