You circle the map for an hour chasing a Pal that never turns up, and the search was doomed from the start. Some Pals in Palworld carry no wild spawn data at all.

Our Paldex data lists 13 Pals with no wild spawn level. No amount of field time brings them out.

The 13 Pals that never spawn in the wild

Penking Lux Water/Electric 100 100 100 18B
Finsider Ignis Water/Fire 90 75 80 88B

Scan the list and a pattern jumps out: these are mostly names you hear late in the game. Panthalus carries Defense 200. Bellanoir and Bellanoir Libero both hit Attack 150. If your Paldex is down to its last dozen entries, several of these are probably still sitting empty.

Breed your way to them

All 13 carry a breeding power value, so every one of them can hatch from a parent pair. Before you burn more time in the field, check whether your current roster already makes one of the combinations.

Each Pal’s Paldex page lists its parent combinations, so you can work backward from there. Some pairs use Pals you already own.

Breeding power spreads out a lot across the 13. Panthalus sits at just 20, Dandilord at 60 and Silvance at 80, all low. Finsider Ignis reaches 2,240 and Penking Lux 1,850, both far higher. That number decides how the pairing plays out.

Bellanoir fights as a raid boss

Bellanoir and Bellanoir Libero also show up as raid bosses you summon and fight directly. Attack 150 is the highest in the game, so trading blows head-on drags the fight out.

Variants mostly still spawn

Five of the 13 (Penking Lux, Finsider Ignis, Ghangler Ignis, Blazamut Ryu and Bellanoir Libero) are variants. Zoom out to the full variant roster, though, and 80 of 85 carry a wild spawn level. Being a variant is not why these five sit empty.

For what variants change beyond spawn behavior, read our guide to variant Pals. Most run stronger than the base form, so a swap is worth it once you find one.

Spawn levels and parent combinations for every Pal live on its Paldex page. Working backward from a target child to its parents is faster with the breeding calculator. For Pals that do spawn in the wild, sorted by level, see our guide to catch level bands.

FAQ

Which Pals in Palworld have no wild spawn?
Thirteen, according to our Paldex data: Bellanoir, Bellanoir Libero, Panthalus, Hartalis, Dandilord, Silvance, Xenolord, Xenogard, Icelyn, Blazamut Ryu, Ghangler Ignis, Finsider Ignis and Penking Lux. None of them carries a wild spawn level.
Can you catch Panthalus in the wild?
No. It's one of the 13 Pals with no wild spawn level in our Paldex data. Defense 200 and HP 180 put it near the top of the game, but breeding is the only way to reach it.
How do you get Pals with no wild spawn?
Breeding covers all 13; every one of them carries a breeding power value, so a parent pair can hatch it. Bellanoir and Bellanoir Libero also appear as raid bosses. Check each Paldex page for its parent combinations before you start hunting.
Do variant Pals (No. XXB) spawn in the wild?
Most do. Our data shows 80 of 85 variants carry a wild spawn level. Only 5 of the 13 no-spawn Pals are variants: Penking Lux, Finsider Ignis, Ghangler Ignis, Blazamut Ryu and Bellanoir Libero.
