What is work suitability?
Every Palworld Pal has a set of "work suitabilities." When assigned to your base, a Pal automatically handles the tasks it is suited for, and higher suitability levels finish work faster — so placing high-level Pals at each facility is the basis of an efficient base. This tool simply lists the suitability values from the Paldex data (v26+24181105).
